Google launches its First Subscription Service for Apps and Games, $4.99 a Month

Last few weeks, Apple recently announces its Apple Arcade, subscription service for their exclusive games and apps for $4.99. Today, Google announces its first subscription services for apps and games called Google Play Pass with over 350 apps and games.

The regular price of its subscription are the same with apple, but when you subscribe early, you’re eligible for the $1.99 per month for the first year.

Google Play Plus is a $4.99 subscription where you’ll get over 350 games and apps. The benefit is all of the app included in the subscription will have no ads or in-app purchases.

Unlike apple where they have lots of exclusive games during launch, Google Play Pass don’t have yet exclusive titles, but a few big titles included in the launch.

Here are the first batch of games included in the Google Play Pass:

  • Chameleon Run
  • Evoland
  • Limbo
  • Lumino City
  • Monument Valley 2
  • Old Man’s Journey
  • Reigns: Game of Thrones
  • Sago Mini Pet Cafe
  • Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
  • Stardew Valley
  • Suzy Cube
  • Terraria
  • The Bug Butcher
  • Thomas and Friends: Race On
  • Titan Quest
  • Toca Nature
  • Wayward Souls

Unfortunately, Google Play Pass is not available in the Philippines.
