A small indie team from Instanbul, Turkey, Ravenholm Interactive, is currently developing Infect Cam, an upcoming co-op zombie survival game published by indie.io. It offers a fresh, immersive twist by using a body cam perspective and removing the traditional heads-up display (HUD). In Infect Cam, teams of four are sent into overrun zones to face relentless waves of the infected — relying solely on their instincts and a camcorder-style interface to survive.

Recently, the developers shared early gameplay footage showcasing one of the game’s intense settings: a barn completely overrun by hordes of zombies. The footage also revealed a terrifying encounter with an L4D-style witch enemy, which jumps straight out of corners to catch players off guard — adding even more tension to the game’s already high-stakes atmosphere.

Based on the game’s official Steam description, Infect Cam will feature high-risk search and rescue missions where players must scavenge for limited supplies, rescue survivors, and adapt to escalating threats. As teams push deeper into infected zones, enemies become stronger and resources grow scarcer, requiring careful coordination, resource management, and tactical decision-making to survive.

The team also confirmed in a Reddit post that Infect Cam will be featured at the upcoming Steam Next Fest, where players can experience a playable demo for the first time.

For now, you can wish list the game on Steam at https://store.steampowered.com/app/3168930/Infect_Cam/
