RE: Zero Collab Event Guide in Ragnarok X Next Generation (ROX)

Ragnarok X: Next Generation’s latest collaboration to cap off the year is with the popular anime RE: Zero. While some players might not be familiar with the anime, it’s based on a Japanese light novel series by Tappei Nagatsuki, illustrated by Shin’ichirō Ōtsuka. This exciting event allows you to interact with iconic characters like Subaru, Emilia, and Rem, among others. Players can earn costumes, cards, and even mounts inspired by the anime. Let’s dive into the details of this event!

Event 1: Replay Challenge

The Replay Challenge functions like an instance dungeon, reminiscent of the previous Demon Slayer event. This time, the challenge features RE: Zero content. Players must defeat up to 10 waves of monsters, with better rewards granted for clearing more waves.

You gain one reward chance every 48 hours, which stacks up to four times. This means you can choose to play at your convenience while maximizing your rewards.

What’s difficult is you cannot bring your own character into this instance, you have to select 3 classes from this week character and must select weapons, buffs and cards to effectively wiped out each waves.

For a tip for week 1, use the class Rune Knight and choose the red weapon (Longinus’ Spear IV). Make sure to get first all of the defense stats (Final P.DEF, DMG Reduction, DEF, HP), then during the wave get the damage stats (Demi-Human, Neutral, Large, P.ATK, Final P.DMG). Here are some basic stats about the boss:

Event 2: Witches’ Tea Party

This is the simplest event of the collaboration—just log in daily to claim rewards.

Upon completing all 7 days of check-ins, you’ll receive the Rem Hairstyle with Peak Fitness Lv.9, granting an additional 2,000 weight capacity to your bag.

Event 3: Guests from Another World

This event requires you to complete specific objectives and give gifts to RE: Zero NPCs. You can choose from three characters—Subaru, Emilia, or Rem—but all objectives are identical regardless of your choice.

• Gift Mechanics:
• NPCs have unique gift preferences. The gifts are farmed by burning Odin Blessings during monster loots.
• Be mindful of your selected character. Loots you gather must match their preferences.
• If you collect mismatched gifts, you can sell them in the Exchange Center and buy the correct gifts from other players.

Odin Burn Daily Loot Limit:

• 3 Guests from Otherworld Packs
• 20 Kingdom Gold Coins

This means you don’t need to burn through 4,000 Odin Blessings to maximize your daily rewards. Using just 2,000 Odin Blessings each day is sufficient to collect all the available packs and coins, making it more resource-efficient for players.

Event 4: Door to Beatrice

The Door to Beatrice event features a gacha mechanic, but with a welcome improvement: all the usual “trash items” like Butterfly Wings and Fly Wings have been removed from the reward pool, ensuring that most of the items you receive are genuinely useful. Thank you ROX!

You can earn keys for free through event rewards, giving all players a chance to participate. If you wish to purchase additional keys, a 30-piece bundle is available for approximately PHP 4,450.

Alternatively, you can test your luck by purchasing a PHP 59 random gift box, which grants between 1 and 5 keys. This offers flexibility for players whether they prefer a significant investment or a smaller gamble.

Event 5: Gift from Another World

This event operates much like the Kingdom Pass, providing two reward tiers: a free tier accessible to all players and a VIP tier for those seeking exclusive rewards.

To unlock the VIP rewards, players need to purchase the pass for 8,888 Dias. However, many servers are currently experiencing a scarcity of Dias in the Exchange Center, making it challenging to acquire them through in-game means. As a result, players may need to purchase Dias with real money, which costs approximately PHP 1,100. This makes the VIP rewards an investment for those willing to spend.
