As the air turns crisp and spooky tales resurface, Ragnarok X Next Generation (ROX) launches its latest Halloween event: Halloween Twilight Banquet. This year, adventurers can immerse themselves in a thrilling adventure filled with red and lava-themed costumes, exclusive mounts, and rewarding quests. With challenges designed for all skill levels, this event is packed with opportunities to earn rare items and experience the true spirit of Halloween.
In this guide, we will break down everything you need to know to maximize your rewards and progress in the Halloween Twilight Banquet.
Event Costume and Mount
Today’s event will feature a costume set with an additional effect that changes based on the time of day. During the day, it has a basic appearance, but in the evening, it transforms into a lava-themed look.

How to Participate in the Halloween Twilight Banquet
The event runs from October 29 to November 12, between 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta Time) or 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Server Time). Players can start the event by interacting with Jack, who stands near the Odin Statue in Prontera. Adventurers will then be teleported to a special Halloween-themed map, where they can face off against bosses and collect event materials and has a chance to get the Inferno Golem mount.
Once in the event area, adventurers can earn points by defeating a series of MVPs, Mini-bosses, and other monsters scattered across eight different locations in Prontera. The bosses spawn in specific intervals (at 10/20/35/50 minutes) during the hour-long event, making it essential to plan your attacks.
How to get More Event Drops
Just like last year’s event, the key to success in the Halloween Twilight Banquet is to collect as many points and drops as possible.
Here are some tips to help you maximize your earnings:
- Choose the Right Channel: Look for channels with high-level players (“whales” or “dolphins”) participating. These players tend to focus on the tougher MVPs and Mini-bosses, making it easier to accumulate points by landing hits.
- Focus on Bosses for Points: To earn event points, you must deal damage to bosses before they are defeated. Simply landing a hit, while staying at a safe distance, ensures your points count as long as you remain alive when the boss is killed.
Monitor Monster Elimination Limits
Keep track of the elimination limits for each monster type to optimize your farming efforts:

Banquet Letter (Riddle Clues)
Before the main event begins at 7:00 PM (Manila, Philippine Time) or 6:00 PM (Server Time), adventurers can engage in a special riddle challenge called Banquet Letter. In this event, Jakk presents a series of questions, and players must figure out the correct answers. These answers must then be paired with a unique 3-digit code, which participants submit in the world chat using the format GAMINGPH-123.
The mechanics for solving the riddles remain similar to last year, with two types of clue lists:
- Messenger List (Plaintext): This list provides a sequential list of NPCs you need to visit to gather clues. It guides adventurers to interact with specific NPCs scattered across Prontera.
- Messenger List (Exclusive): This list gives sequential clues needed to form your 3-digit code. You must perform a particular social action with the respective messenger NPCs to obtain each clue.
