GamesCom 2022 is just around the corner and there are already a ton of exciting video games that have been announced for the event. One of the most anticipated titles are the Hogwarts Legacy, which is set to be the newest RPG game for the Harry Potter franchise since 2013.
Other highly anticipated games include Dead Island 2, Gotham Knights and Callisto Protocol. With so many amazing games to look forward to, GamesCom 2022 is shaping up to be one of the most exciting gaming events in recent memory and below are the list of video game that was interesting enough for us to cover.
Callisto Protocol
First gameplay look of the upcoming sci-fi survival horror game, Callisto Protocol. Set 300 years in the future, you play as Jacob Lee, a man imprisoned on Jupiter’s moon, Callisto. You must use your wits and whatever tools you can find to survive the prison’s horrors.
Dune – Awakening
Announcement trailer of the upcoming Open World Survival MMO game, Dune: Awakening. In the game, players compete to survive and dominate the harsh desert world of Arrakis. The game combines the grit and creativity of survival games with the social interactivity of large, persistent multiplayer games to create a unique and ambitious MMO title.

Hogwarts Legacy
New gameplay trailer for the upcoming open-world action RPG Harry Potter game, Hogwarts Legacy. Set in the world of Harry Potter, player will explore the vast open-world where you embarks in the world of magical world and uncover the fantastic beast.
The trailer shows new locations, monsters, the dungeon-like places and puzzles. Pre-ordering the digital deluxe edition allows players to received: Dark Arts Pack (Thestral mount, Dark Arts Cosmetic Set and Dark Arts Battle Arena), Onyx Hippogriff mount, Dark Arts Garrison Hat and a 72-hours early access to the game.
Under the Waves
Developed by Quantic Dreams, developer of Detroit: Become Human. A new narrative-driven adventure game in underwater. You play as a professional diver named Stan who is struggling to cope with a life-changing loss and explore the depths of the North Sea in a techno-futuristic 1970s.

Lies of P Gameplay
A classic tale story of Pinocchio is back but not the animated cartoon like. Lies of P is an action RPG based on the classic tale of Pinocchio. In the game, you play as Pinocchio and must solve the mysteries and disasters that have befallen the city of Krat.
The game will be available on PC Game Pass when it is released in 2023.
Killer Klowns from Outer Space
Killer Klowns from Outer Space is a multiplayer horror game where players can plan and execute an alien invasion, or gather a team of survivors to fight the extraterrestrial threat.

Dead Island 2
The much awaited game, Dead Island 2 is finally getting a new gameplay trailer. Dead Island 2 is an action role-playing game that takes place in the infected city of Los Angeles. You must use any means necessary to survive the hordes of zombies that are out to get you.
The game will be available on February 3, 2023.
The Outlast Trials
A new sequel to the horrific video game franchise, Outlast. The Outlast Trials is a horror survival game in which you must survive the twisted experiments of the Murkoff Corporation. You can play by yourself or with up to three other players online.
Gotham Knights Villains Trailer
Lastly, the villain trailer for the upcoming Gotham Knights. It is an open-world, action RPG game set in the universe of Gotham city where Batman is already dead. The city depends on the remaining Batman Family, Batgirl, Nightwing, Red Hood and Robin.
The game will be available on October 26 this year.
