Upon reaching the Colony 4 right after defeating the second Consul, you probably completing all of the container inside the Colony and you are stuck with the single container as it is unreachable. You’ll find a rope connected going to the top of the Commander’s ship and you probably tried climbing it – using ropes as a ladder in the hopes of getting to the tower – but failed. Though that option are possible, there is an easy way to do it with little ingenuity.
To begin, you need to go to the Colony 4 Canteen. From there, find the two crates that are next to each other -one small and one large.
Use the them as a stepping-stone or jump pad to climb onto the tent.
Jump towards the tent.
At the left corner, you should find a metal frame that you can jump toward. Then jump down to the tent below.
Next, jump to the roof of the metal camp building.
Finally, jump to the last tent on the right, beside the tower.
Once you’ve reached it, slowly walk towards the very edge of the tent (but not too far, because you will fall)
Then, face towards the tower and jump to the ladder.
You should be able to reach the tower and get the container at the Colony 4.
