How to Redeem the Coupon Code

You can redeem the codes at https://game.world.blackdesertm.com/coupon.

You’ll need to fill up your game’s family name and the coupon code. Don’t forget to select what server you’re in. (To verify your account exist, press the Done button).

Once the you submit or press the Redeem Coupon. You’ll reward will be delivered straight to your in-game mail.

After that, check your in-game email and redeem the reward.

New Class Sorceress Event

(Old news) To get your coupon code, just go to BlackDesertM Sorceress Update page.

Fill up the form with your email address and date of birth. Then check the agreement box. Make sure the email address you’re using is correct or else you’ll not receive the gift.

Then click Register for Notifications. The coupon code will then display in your screen.

Event Notices

• After registering for notifications, the coupon will be sent to the email you registered with.
• You can only register once per email address.
• Be careful to input the correct email address. Otherwise, you will not be able to receive the coupon.
• The coupon you receive from this event is valid until 23:59 on February 28, 2020.
• Only one coupon can be redeemed per Family, and the same type of coupon cannot be redeemed more than once.
