When you obtain an Attack Card, Def Card or Element Card either from the GvG War of Emperium or from the Praying Card Pack in Ragnarok M Eternal Love (Mobile). You can use this card to upgrades your stat from the Blessing of Goddess of Valkyrie at the Guild Hall.
Right now, you can also get up to 10 Praying Card Pack from the Ultraman Cosmic Breath shop.
There are three upgrades available at the Blessing of Goddess and these upgrades requires you to have a number of card for exchange. Initially, the cost of most of the upgrades is only 1, 2 or 3 cards, but when it reaches 5th upgrades it adds 1 cards from the initial cost.

To check your current stats, you can go to Guild > Faith (3rd Tabs) then at the Guild Blessing, it will show all of the stat stats added. In our example we got +6.25% Crit.Dmg.
