Sakura Poring Card is one of the newest cards in Ragnarok M Eternal Love (Mobile), this is after the March event is released the King Poring’s Adventure. Crafting this card requires grinding some monster two element types of monster which will drop the required material for crafting the card.
However, the event detail says you can only craft Sakura Poring starting from March 11 to April 6, but right now, it is available in King Poring.
To Craft Sakura Poring Card, you need the following materials:

Crafting the Sakura Poring Card
If you already meet the following requirement, you can now go to King Poring at the entrance of Prontera South Gate.
Talk to King Poring and select Haute Couture.
On the first list, you can find the Sakura Poring Card. Press Craft and you’ll be able to craft the card. It also requires you to pay 10,000 zeny to proceed.
