Inside the West Storage Room in Resident Evil 2, there is a C4 that requires you to detonate the bomb in order to enter the barrage. To detonate the C4, you need an Electronic Gadget to detonate, and a battery to make the detonator works.

How to Get the Battery

The battery is located inside the S.T.A.R.S Office, this is after you meet Claire outside at the backyard of Police Station when the Helicopter is exploded. The battery is just inside the office.

How to get the Electronic Gadget (Detonator)

The Electronic Gadget or Detonator is located to the Records Room. To get in the Records Room, you need to go to Operations Room and need to bring a Cutting Tool in order to cut the chained door. Once, you get in the Records Room, the Detonator is just place in the table.
