Inside the Dark Room in Resident Evil 2 Remake, you’ll find a Photo Lab room where you can develop a picture from the evidence they get in the Raccoon Police Station.
In order to develop or print out the photo, you need an undeveloped roll of film (Roll film). You can get one of this in the Safety Deposit Room. The code is 106.
Once you get the Roll Film, head back to the Darkroom Sink and use the Roll film.
From here, you’ll get a Commemorative Photo.
