Google is offering eligible university students one year of Google AI Plus at no extra cost. The promotion is available in supported countries, including the Philippines, and must be redeemed by December 31, 2026.
Google AI Plus provides higher usage limits in Gemini, access to features such as Deep Research, additional tools in Gemini Notebook, and 400GB of cloud storage shared across Google Drive, Gmail, and Photos. These tools can assist students with research, writing, reviewing lessons, and completing academic projects.
To qualify, students must be at least 16 years old, enrolled at an eligible higher education institution, and use a personal Google Account. Google also requires a valid school email address and an eligible payment method. Students with an active Google One subscription or those belonging to a Google family group may not qualify. Interested students can register through Google’s official student page (https://one.google.com/ai-student). The subscription will automatically renew at its regular monthly price after the free year unless canceled before the promotional period ends.
