Many players in Legend of Ymir have been confused about why they can’t summon using the Sol’s Valkyrie Card, even after purchasing the initial package from the shop. If you’ve encountered the message saying:
“Sol’s Summon – features become available upon purchasing a paid item from the Cash Shop.”
You’re not alone. Here’s what’s really happening and how to fix it.
The Problem: Can’t Use Sol’s Valkyrie Card
When you try to roll or summon characters using the Sol’s Valkyrie Card, the game blocks the summon feature, even if you already bought the beginner or launch celebration packages. This makes it seem like the item is bugged or locked behind another requirement.
The summon feature for Sol’s Summon doesn’t unlock just by buying the initial packages (such as those under the Launch Celebration tab).
According to the in-game conditions, you must first make a qualifying purchase from the Cash Shop — but not all tabs count.
What You Actually Need to Buy
To unlock Sol’s Summon feature, you must buy any paid item from one of the following tabs in the Shop:
Event
Diamond
Blazon
Ymir Point Product
Purchases made from the Launch Celebration tab or free items from event rewards do not count toward unlocking this feature.
Step-by-Step Guide to Unlock Sol’s Summon
Open the Cash Shop in Legend of Ymir.
Navigate to one of these sections: Event, Diamond, Blazon, or Ymir Point Product.
Purchase any item (even the lowest-priced one works).
Once the transaction is complete, return to the Summon menu.
You should now see the Sol’s Summon feature activated.
Use your Sol’s Valkyrie Card or summon scrolls to begin summoning characters.
If your Sol’s Valkyrie Card doesn’t work after purchasing the launch bundle, it’s not a bug — you just need to buy a separate item from one of the main Cash Shop tabs. Once you do, the Sol’s Summon will unlock permanently, and you’ll be able to use your summoning scrolls without issue.
