Fat Tigers Adventurer Event Guide in Ragnarok X Next Generation (ROX)

Written by

Ragnarok X: Next Generation (ROX) has introduced a brand-new event called Fat Tigers, featuring the adorable tiger character created by Bu2ma (Bu-Er-Ma), an artist from Beijing known for his love of fat cats. This event brings exciting rewards to players, including costumes, cards, and valuable in-game materials to enhance your adventure.

One of the highlights of this event is the Treasure Pool, a luck-based game where players place bets or draw cards to win rewards. The unique aspect of this event is that it offers a chance to win diamonds based on a prize pool system.

For example, if the total prize pool is 2,794,099 diamonds and you land on the 10% reward tier, you’ll instantly receive 279,409 diamonds. However, keep in mind that this is a game of chance, so winnings are not guaranteed.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through the event mechanics and provide useful tips to maximize your rewards.

Event 1: Treasure Pool

The first event mechanic revolves around a drawing system, where players wager on 16 different rewards. Think of it as a roulette-style draw, where the wheel spins and stops at a random reward.

The good news? There are no “junk” rewards! Every prize consists of Adventure Commemorative Coin and Tiger Head Token (used for exchanging exclusive items), crystals, event-exclusive cards, mounts, and diamonds.

TIPS: Avoid drawing with 600 diamonds – it’s way too expensive! Instead, go to Pack Collection and select the Fat Tiger’s Adventure Pack, where you can get better value for your diamonds:

CostTickets Obtained
495 diamonds5 Fortune Tickets
(Limit: 6 per day? Need confirmation after reset)
1,995 diamonds10 Fortune Tickets
PHP 35910 Fortune Tickets

By using these bundle packs, you can save diamonds while increasing your chances of getting high-value rewards.

Event 2: Roam Path

The Roam Path event consists of daily and cumulative quests, where you complete specific tasks to earn EXP. This EXP is used to level up your Roam Gift (Event 3), unlocking various rewards as you progress.

How to Level Up

  • Each level requires 25 EXP
  • There are 30 levels in total
  • To reach level 30, you need 750 EXP

Here’s a breakdown of how you can earn EXP during the event:

Can Free-to-Play Players Reach Level 30?

Yes! The great news is that free-to-play (F2P) players can easily reach 750 EXP without spending diamonds. Even if you skip the Crystal Exchange Center tasks, you can still earn 864 EXP, which is more than enough to reach the max level of 30 and claim all rewards.

This means you don’t have to recharge diamonds to complete the event—just be consistent with the daily quests and other in-game activities.

Event 3: Roam Gift

The Roam Gift event rewards you based on the EXP you’ve earned from Event 2: Roam Path. As you level up, you’ll unlock various in-game rewards.
