Com2uS (CEO Jae-gwan Nam) released a promotional video and detailed content ahead of the collaboration release between its summoning RPG “Summoners War: Chronicles (hereinafter referred to as Chronicles)” and the famous animation “Evangelion”.
“Neon Genesis Evangelion” is a TV series animation that aired in 1995 which was very popular not only in Japan but also around the world and it’s an IP representing famous animator Hideaki Anno. The four parts of “Rebuild of Evangelion” were released sequentially from 2007 to 2021, which Hideaki Anno directed personally for planning, writing, and general directing, drawing passionate support from existing fans as well as creating new fan bases.

This collaboration will begin on July 11th, and the four main characters of Evangelion, Shinji, Asuka, Rei, and Mari will appear as special Monsters. In the video released through the official site and YouTube channel, the Evangelion pilots who had come to the Alea continent through a dimension storm, fight against an Angel who appeared suddenly in front of Gianni, protecting the Rahil Kingdom. The video is increasing the anticipation of the fans by showing scenes where the four main characters fight together with Chronicles characters.
In particular, users will be able to see how Shinji, Asuka, Rei, and Mari appear in the world of Chronicles. Users will be able to watch the Pilots, who appear as collaboration Monsters, wield various weapons that appear in Evangelion, such as the “Lance of Longinus”, “Progressive Knife”’, and “Pallet Rifle”, and battle creatures from “Chronicles” including new bosses trying to destroy the kingdom with the video.
