It’s been nearly a month since the last major event in Ragnarok X Next Generation, and now, adventurers have a new quest to embark on! Introducing the Skyrocket to the Blue event, which follows in the footsteps of the previous New Start Go event. While the last theme was all about honeybees, this time, players can enjoy a whimsical experience with colorful Pegasus. The only downside to this event is the absence of event materials for progress (there is a giftbox but only contains easy-to-get raw stone), making it a more cosmetic-focused – yeah “costume-is-layf”.
The primary rewards for this event include the Mount 
Starry Pegasus, the costume outfit 
Red Panda Outfit, the 
Red Panda Tail, and the 
Angelic Unicorn. Players can obtain these items by either finishing in the top three in the racing event or by collecting event materials to exchange for the desired items.
Note that players who still have unopened mount rewards from the previous event can exchange them for the latest mount using a Mount Medal.
How to win the Race
To secure victory in the race, a faster mount is essential. Players with a 5-speed mount have a higher chance of winning.
However, those without such mounts can utilize the temporary event mount “Starry Pegasus,” which is available daily. This 4.5-speed mount boasts a special effect that ignores control effects and accelerates periodically.
Those who win 1st place will have bigger chances of getting rewards:

Rainbow Medal - 8 x
Music Box Medal
Those who fall 2nd place and below will get the following rewards:
- 1 x Mount Gift Box
- 5 x Rainbow Medal

Ticket
To join the race, players require a 
Skyrocket to the Blue Ticket. This can be obtained by claiming the one ticket at the event menu and writing “Race to win mount” in the world chat. Tickets can also be purchased from event NPC Altyna at the Prontera South Gate carnival area.
Prices for the tickets vary and are subject to daily limits:

Getting Mount Medal
The only way to get a Mount Medal is by obtaining and opening a Mount Gift Box that you will get by participating on the racing game. Or you can purchase the Mount Medal on the exchange for an estimate price of 1 million Crystals.
The chances of obtaining a Mount Medal by opening the Mount Gift Box are 0.0001%.
Rainbow Gifts (Daily and Cumulative Quests)
This 8-day event runs from May 9, 2023, to May 17, 2023, at 5 AM. Players can complete daily and cumulative quests to earn event materials.
