How to Reach 100K Score on Ultraman Instance in Ragnarok X Next Generation (ROX Guide)

Written by

With only 15 days left until the Ultraman event departs from Ragnarok X Next Generation (ROX), players are eagerly trying to earn a score of 100,000 in the challenging Ultraman instance. Many have struggled to achieve this goal, often falling short with scores of 95K or 90K, and even lower when following the basic guide (boss, mobs hunt, badge hunt and repeat process).

Well, no worries! there are other strategies that can help you optimize your score. It’s important to note that these strategies may be most effective during the instance’s scheduled times (1:05, 2:05, 3:05, etc.), when there are typically more players participating.

Form a 5-Man Party

To begin, assemble a 5-man party consisting of any class and level as long as they don’t die, but make sure that each member has a skill with Area of Effect (AOE) damage. This will be crucial as you need to hit as many mobs as possible.

AFK on Plankton

The strategy is you and your party members must only focus solely on hunting and AFK-ing one mobs monster, the sea-creature, Plankton. In order for this strategy to work, it is important that all members of your party focus solely on Plankton spots and refrain from hunting for badges or bosses.

Make sure to spread your member across the 5 plankton spots, you can see the spawn area of Plankton below:

Dead Plankton

It is also ok to “sawsaw” or “mobs stealing” if someone already in the Plankton spot, you and your party will still be able to get the points as long as you hit them (That is why they must equip AOE damage skill to do this effectively).

Wait until your score Reaches 50K

Now that you have a strategy for earning a high score in the Ultraman instance, all you have to do is wait and watch until your score reaches 50,000. Keep in mind that at the end of the instance, your score will be doubled once the boss mobs are eliminated, that is why you must do this trick during the exact schedule hours where many adventurers are playing the instance.

For those with a stronger party, you may also want to consider AFK-ing on the Bloody Knight using the same method.

We also added the expected and estimated lowest score you can from doing this strategy, so you’ll know if your party is doing it correctly. As much as possible, you must exceed the score we have listed below.
