Blessing of the Water Deity 2022 Event Guide in Ragnarok X Next Generation (ROX)

The Blessing of Water Deity event is back again for Ragnarok X Next Generation, and this time it has a new reward—a mount called Moony Osmanthus. In addition to the Rabbit pet that was given out last year, you can get both in this update!

Charming Lantern: Quest

The Charming Lantern will have all quests of the event and from here, you can earn event materials like Banana Leaf, Candle, Marigold and Globe Amaranth. As well as the event-exclusive costume Moonlight Robe and Mooncake.

To craft a Beautiful Floating Lamp that can be placed at the Prontera South Gate fishing pond, you will get a chance to receive a fairy rabbit pet and a mount named Moony Osmanthus. You need 5 small floating lamps to craft one. Visit the charming lantern tab and click on the Craft button to make it.

Completing all of the F2P friendly quest will allow you to get up to 38 Globe Amaranth, which means you can craft 38 pieces of Small Floating Lamp or 7 Beautiful Floating Lamp. Getting the mount or pet requires for at least 50 attempts (250 Small Floating Lamp or 50 Beautiful Floating Lamp), so you need to get the remaining 212 Globe Amaranth from Odin Burn activities or purchasing through Diamonds.

Lantern Workshop: Crafting a Small Floating Lamp

To craft a Small Floating Lamp, you need to visit the Lantern Workshop. To make 1 piece of it, you need to have the following event materials:

  • 4 x Banana Leaf
  • 4 x Candle
  • 2 x Marigold
  • 1 x Globe Amaranth

The mount and pet are guaranteed to be obtained at 50 attempts, which means you need to craft 250 Small Floating Lamp to craft again 50 Beautiful Floating Lamp. Your goal is to collect the following mats by the end of the event:

  • 1,000 x Banana Leaf
  • 1,000 x Candle
  • 500 x Marigold
  • 250 x Globe Amaranth

For Burning Odin Blessing, you will get the exclusive event mats by burning it on any monsters in the game. The chances of getting monster event-material drops have been adjusted to be more evenly distributed based on the monster size and Odin burn. As a result, Dark frames, Penomena, Kobold archers and Punks now have the same chances as other monsters of the same size.
