From the developers of the Friday the 13th, IllFonic officially announced their upcoming game titled GhostBusters: Spirits Unleashed. It is a 4v1 asymmetric multiplayer similar to their previous title and Behaviour Interactive’s the Dead By Daylight. The difference is one player will play a role of a Ghost, and the other team will play as a Ghostbuster to do the hunting.
GhostBuster is one of the blockbuster films in the 80s, and fans of this film will surely enjoy this new video game adaptation coming to PC, PS4, PS5, XBOX One, and XBOX Series X/s later this year. Unfortunately, it is not available for mobile devices.
GhostBusters: Spirits Unleashed will have a team of 4 players against one player on the side as a ghost.
Ghostbusters will chase and trap the ghost on different map missions (museums, prisons, hotels, and many more), and to complete the task, Ghostbusters must capture the ghost before the area is thoroughly haunted. Ghostbusters will also equip familiar weapons, just like in the film.
For the Ghost, the mission is to hide, sneak, surprise, and scare the Ghostbusters and civilians until the area is wholly gone spooky. Ghost has some skills on hand like trickery, deception, and ectoplasm against the Ghostbusters.
