As you adventure in Ragnarok X Next Generation, you’ll be looting and receiving a lot of items from monsters, mining, fishing and event rewards. When this happen, the weight limit of your backpack become limited and it will also affect the performance of your gameplay as your character will also slowdown making it ineffective in battle. Aside from putting your item to Kafra’s storage warehouse, you can actually expand its backpack weight limit for you to increase its storage capacity.
Here are the penalty you’ll get when your weight limit reaches more than 50%:
- 50% Encumbrance Penalty – This Penalty effects: HP and SP cannot be naturally recovered.
- 75% Encumbrance Penalty – While having this Penalty, HP and SP cannot be naturally recovered, Final ASPD is decreased by 75%, Channel Duration is increased by 100%, and Cooldown Duration is increased by 100%.
- 100% Encumbrance Penalty – While under the effect of Encumbrance Penalty, HP and SP cannot be naturally recovered, Final ASPD is decreased by 75%, Channel Duration is increased by 100%, Cooldown duration is increased by 100%, Movement speed is decreased by 50%, and Max HP and Max SP are decreased by 50%.
How to Increase Weight Limit (Bag Storage)
To increase your characters’ weight limit, you need to purchase a Gym Pass (You probably see this item before when during some quest during the day one). The Gym Pass can be purchase from an NPC Crystal Shop at Alberta.
However, its quite expensive. A single Gym Pass will cost you around 20,000 Crystals.
