To all who have been waiting on how to claim the upcoming giveaway of Watch Dogs 2. Ubisoft will be having an E3 like event this coming early monday, July 13, 2020. The Ubisoft Forward event will showcase upcoming games and future plans of the company, like announcement for their upcoming Far Cry 6, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and many more. Together with this, they’re giving away free games and in-game items for anyone who will watch the online event.

UPDATE As of 07/13/2020 @ 8:13 AM : Due to influx of players and server issue during the Ubisoft Forward Event, Ubisoft will be rewarding everyone that has Ubisoft account all of the freebies that supposed to distribute during the event. Details on how to get this are yet to be announced.
The pre-show will start at 2:00 AM (Manila, Philippine Time) in which they will be showing the list of tracks, interviews and snippets for the Ubisoft Forward Event. The main event will start after 1-hour at 3:00 AM (Manila, Philippine Time).
The instruction on how to claim the FREE Watch Dogs 2 has surfaced on the internet and the event will not just giveaway free game title but also includes an in-game items for the upcoming game for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, The Division 2 and for Watch Dogs Legion.

There are two ways to claim the game, either from their website or from Twitch event drop.
Using UPlay Client or Website
You can claim the game directly from the Ubisoft website or from Uplay game client. Just make sure you login to your Ubisoft account to receive the free copy.
On the main event, July 13, 2020 @ 3:00 AM (Manila, Philippine Time), you need to watch the event directly from the Ubisoft website (https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/forward) or from uPlay client. You only need 1-minute watch time to get the Watch_Dogs 2 PC.
Other in-game item are also included but you need to unlock them for certain watch time, see Rewards for the full list of freebies and required watch time.
Using Twitch
If you’re watching from Twitch, you need to have a Twitch account and uPlay account to claim the game. You can register and connect both account here https://drops-register.ubi.com/.
If you already have a Ubisoft account, just press the Get Started button.
Then connect your Twitch account.
On July 13, 2020, at the start of the main event at 3:00 AM (Manila, Philippine Time), you need to watch the online event on Twitch at https://www.twitch.tv/ubisoft. You need to reach the 1-minute watch time to get the Watch_Dogs 2 PC. Check below for the list of all freebies.
Rewards
Rewards will be unlocked according to your watch time. The free game copy will be delivered to your account the day after the event. In the Philippines, its on July 14, 2020.
