Whether you’re a gamer, manga fans or a comic enthusiast, you’ll be thrilled and excited to know that the highly anticipated event, Singapore Comic Convention (SGCC 2019) will be returning for its 12th consecutive year. Expect to see a star-studded line-up of artists, and celebrities; Cosplays of your favorite manga, comic and game characters; And experience the gaming world at the Good Game Experience (GGXP) area, witnessing the PVP Esports Leagues and other gaming activities.
Singapore Comic Convention 2019 will be held in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore from December 7 to 8, 2019. Tickets are now available online at www.singaporecomiccon.com. Tickets will also be available onsite.
Good Game Experience (GGXP)
Fellow gamers will probably enjoy this one, experience the world of gaming at the GGXP area at Singapore Comic Con 2019. Celebrate all things esports at PVP @ Singapore Comic-Con by Singtel! The stage will be set for gaming fans to rub shoulders with professional gaming influencers and celebrities, experience exclusive industry showcases such as AR and VR in gaming, witness the finals of the PVP Community Leagues featuring Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and DOTA 2, and much more.
Alongside this, Gamersaurus Rex will showcase their miniature tablescapes and battlefields for the game Warhammer 40,000 and A Song of Ice and Fire Miniature.
Star-Studded Artists and Cosplayers
Fans will expect to see a star-studded line-up of illustrators, cosplayers and toy designers. Some of fans’ favourite artists and illustrators are also returning once again for this event.

Work in Progress (W.I.P) Programme
Aspiring artists will get a chance to showcase their creativity and leverage the opportunity to get their talent spotted and have their work published. The new W.I.P. programmers allow aspiring local & Southeast Asian creators to step forward and showcase their creativity to publishers.
Championships of Cosplay
The annual cosplay competition, Championships of Cosplay the craftsmanship and artisanal skills of Singapore’s best cosplayers. Expect to see your favorite manga, comic and game character in real life.
The ultimate champion will win an all sponsored trip to represent SGCC in the grand finals at the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo (C2E2) in 2020 as well as a cash prize and tickets to SGCC 2020.
Limited Edition T-Shirt
Everybody loves T-shirts! Visitors of SGCC 2019 can also bring home limited edition T-shirts designed by popular illustrators, Tara McPherson, Muffinsaurs and Peach MoMoKo for SGD 29 each from 1 July 2019.
