During the first year of spring in the Doraemon Story of Seasons, the town is celebrating its Thanksgiving Spring. As a celebration, the town mayor Ryam held a Spring Harvest Contest where all farmers will have a chance to showcase their crops to the towns.
For the first year, It will be difficult to be the champion of the Spring Harvest Contest. As the current Fancy Fertilizer maximum stars will only allow you to harvest a 4 stars crop. The required stars to win the contest is 4.5 stars. However, you can still join and win the contest as being the 2nd place winner which is better than being 3rd.
To Get 4 Stars Crops
All you have to do is plant any crops available in the General Store:
- Turnip Seed (5 days) – 30 G
- Potato Seed (8 days) – 50 G
- P. Daisy Seed (7 days) – 40 G
You also need to buy Fancy Fertilizer. It’s for 40 G, multiply it with the days needed to harvest the crop +2. For example, Turnip is 5 days, you need to buy 7 pcs of it. However, the harvest time will be extended to a total of 8 days.
By default, if you water the crops and put a fancy fertilizer every day. The result of crops will only give you 2.5 stars.
To get 4 Stars, you need to extend the days it requires to harvest. Put waters in the crop every 3 days and put fancy fertilizer every day.
For example:
- Day 1 – Plant, Fancy Fertilizer and Water
- Day 2 – Fancy Fertilizer
- Day 3 – Fancy Fertilizer
- Day 4 – Fancy Fertilizer
- Day 5 – Water and Fancy Fertilizer
- Day 6 – Fancy Fertilizer
- Day 7 – Fancy Fertilizer
- Day 8 – Water and Harvest

How to Join the Spring Harvest Contest
Wait until the 28th day of Spring, then from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM the Spring Harvest Contest will start.
During the time of the event, go to Harappa Square. Find Mayor Raym and give the crops that you’d like to showcase.
It will start the competition and the highest place you’ll get will be 2nd place. You need 3 Stars above crops in order to win on this contest.
Using Silver Water Can Increase Stars?
Nope! The description of Silver Water Can that says “Can water pretty fast now! Even the water seems to sparkle”. The part “Even the water seems to sparkle” is confusing, and some player thoughts it is something to do with the quality of the crops. But it is not, upgrading your water can only widen the coverage of watering the crops and only added effect feature while watering. It won’t increase the stars.
It is possible to win harvest contest without seed maker, but you still need at least 4,5 star corps. You can get more than 2,5 star corps with a trick. You need to give fancy fertilizer everyday, but don’t give them water everyday. Give them water once every 3 days.
The cost price will be higher than the selling price, so just do this trick if only you want to win the contest.

I have plant Carrot in Autumn, I use another method F, FW, F… about 20+ days I do get 4 Stars but I cannot win the Contest == I only take Second place. will try again in next seasons.
what? 1x5days+2 = 8pcs? how… what?? 5×1 = 5 or am I just stupid…. 5+2 is 7 right? where the heck is that extra 1 pcs comes from?
Hi Arts, the 8th day doesn’t need Fancy Fertilizer.. It’s water and harvest only.
