You probably here because you cannot log in to the game! Don’t worry it’s not just you. We’ve got some reports that some players are unable to play the Apex Legends game and were stuck on the loading screen. Players only see the loading icon and an “Initializing” status when launching it. The reports seem affected most of the players in South East Asia, and the problem is entirely related to the server issue.
Other players also pass the loading screen and able to press the Continue button. But received an error message saying “ERROR! Disconnected: PersistenceReadComplete for data storage “Respawn” failed.”.
Since this is a server issue, what you only need to do is wait until the dev team
How to Fix Apex Legends Stuck in Loading Screen, Change Server
You can actually change to another server and able to play the game again. The catch is, you need to pass the loading screen and reach the Continue button. Once you reach that screen, there should be a Data Center text below the screen.
Press the Data Center, then there will be a selection of server. You can now select the server to connect and you should able to login to the game.

For Network Issue Fix
Meanwhile, you may also try doing some chore below to try fixing the problem if it’s simply
- Open CMD and run it as Administrator.
- Type the following commands:
ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /registerdns ipconfig /releaseipconfig /renewnetsh winsock reset
- Restart your computer

Just in! EA Help announce on their Twitter page that they are now working to fix the connection problem of the game and that they’ll update when it’s resolved.
