It seems some of the channel server in Ragnarok M Eternal Love are down, lots of players are complaining in the Facebook group of Ragnarok M Eternal Love (English) that they cannot login in the game. Although not all of the channel server are done, there are some channel are fully operational like in PH50.
User’s only gets the loading screen that says “Checking for the latest version. Poor network, please check~”
The admin also announce in their Discord page, saying the Dev are currently working on the connectivity issue of the game and asked players to be patient while the dev are working on the issue.
They also announce from their Facebook Page:
Dear adventurers,
?Due to internet network issues, some players may not be able to log into the game or causing errors. Our dev team is currently working on fixing this issue. We will send out a ?compensation rewards after this. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for understanding.

been getting this error when I use my PLDT DSL connection on either my phone or Laptop.. But if I use Globe’s data connection I am able to login… is this something related to PLDT’s connection?
Still not fixed. Same error appears and I’m using PLDT Home DSL 5mps plan. I tried connecting using my Mobile data and I was able to get inside the game. I then tried turning off the Mobile data and while in game I turned the Wifi on and surprisingly I was able to play the game.
still not fix. after the update i cant login via wifi. but when i use my mobile data connection everything is fine.
i hope this can reach the developer.

Just keep closing the game and try to enter again it will be fixed
I’m using PLDT also and even if the internet’s fine, RO keeps saying poor internet connection even if it’s fine, I can even play dota but not RO ffs.
Same problem but my internet is SKY, have you found any solution?
I have Sky Broadband with up to 10mbps and I already checked my network connection and it’s good. But when I try logging in to ROM, it will still says, “Poor network, please check~” I’m pissed.. . As I tried switching to my Globe data and it works fine. Damn it RoM.
Same here, since the January 2019 update, connecting through WIFI introduces the disconnection and keeps on saying the poor network message. But connecting through mobile data either Smart or Globe, the gameplay is smooth. This is weird, because I didnt experience this even on christmas season. Is this connected to some banned players being on the phil? Do they banned via IP address? Does it somehow affected the accounts connecting via high speed connections? (just my speculations :)) )
I hope they fix this issue on the next update.
