The upcoming video card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1180 will be featuring a 8 to 16GB of GDDR6 for their latest Turing GPU architecture. The initial price would be $699, beating the TITAN Xp that price in $1200, this is according to a latest rumors, leaks from WCCFTech website . Though they insist, without any names or proof, this is just all in the air.

The site says the GTX 1180 will be pack in a Turing GPU architecture in a GT104 variant in up to 400mm2. It will have a 3584 CUDA cores and has a 8GB up to 16GB of GDDR6 on a 256 bit memory bus. The up to 16GB GDDR6 variant is clockable by manufacture of the card, so it means that would be more expensive than the base card. With this spec, it gives the GTX 1180 of a 512GB/s memory bandwidth, compare to the 320GB/s of GTX 1080.

The new Turing GPU will be intact into a smaller 12nm node, with 224 TMUs. The GPU can also be clocked at 1600MHz base and 1800MHz boost that will produce up to 13 TFLOPS of computer power over the 8.7 TFLOPS of GTX 1080.

The expect release date of this card is on July and the launch price will be $699.

If the rumors is correct, this monstrous spec will definitely beat the GTX TITAN Xp out of the water, with the large difference of price.  At the same time It will give a punch to GTX 1080 Ti as well as it price around $1000 in ebay and amazon.
