This might be a glitch from Microsoft Store, because 2 games are included on this bundle Borderlands 2 and Borderlands The Pre-Sequel, or just a promotional weekend to tease everybody, you can actually download the Borderlands: The Handsome Collection Unlock Bundle for FREE.. Even if you have no XBOX One you can still purchase the game on PC via Microsoft store.
You can start downloading the game to your XBOX ONE after purchase.
If its an error from Microsoft it could be automatically deleted from your library or they just allow you to own it. We will update this post once we hear some news from Microsoft.
