For the first time, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 will allow everyone to experience part of its single-player campaign during the upcoming open beta.

The early-access beta will run from August 21 to 25, featuring the āEntrenchedā campaign mission, five new 6v6 multiplayer maps, Kill Block, and several multiplayer modes. It will be available on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Xbox on PC, Steam, and Battle.net.

The open beta will follow from August 28 to September 1, making āEntrenchedā available for everyone to experience for free. It will also introduce Zodiac, a new Warzone Resurgence map, alongside additional multiplayer maps, Ground War locations, and game modes.

The open beta will be available on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Xbox on PC, Steam, Battle.net, and Nintendo Switch 2. Players who preorder Modern Warfare 4 can access the beta immediately after Call of Duty Next on August 21.
