The Digimon Matching event in Digimon UP is a memory-based mini-game where players must uncover and match identical Digimon hidden across a board. The event contains five stages, with each round introducing a larger board and more Digimon to remember.
How Digimon Matching Works
Each turn allows you to open two tiles. If both tiles contain the same Digimon, they are successfully matched and removed from the board. If they are different, the tiles are hidden again.
Your goal is to match every Digimon and clear the entire board. There is no time limit, so you do not need to rush. Incorrect matches are the main obstacle, making careful tracking more important than speed.
Digimon Matching Tool
Our Digimon Matching tool helps you record every Digimon you uncover and its position on the board.
Whenever you open a tile, select or enter the revealed Digimon in the corresponding field of the tool. If the second tile does not match, its location will still be recorded, allowing you to find it later without relying entirely on memory.
Once the same Digimon appears elsewhere, check your recorded board to locate its matching tile. Continue updating the tool until every pair has been found and removed.
This tool has been optimized to only show Digimon for those stages only and has transparent effect to already picked Digimon for easy distinguish especially the timer round in Stage 5 is super hard.
Best Strategy for Clearing Every Stage
Start by revealing tiles systematically instead of choosing random positions. Work from left to right and move through the board one row at a time. This makes each location easier to record and remember.
When you reveal a Digimon that you have already encountered, consult the tool before opening your second tile. Avoid guessing when its matching location has already been recorded.
