You heard that right, the new app is called Tara which allows commuters to book a ride in an app to get to your destination safely with a pool of trusted Tricycle riders. The app will be available starting tomorrow, May 8, 2021.

How it Works
To book a Tricycle ride with Tara, you need to open the app and do the following:
- Book your Ride – Point your pick-up and drop-off location on to the app.
- Fare – You will automatically get an instant estimated fare rate for the ride.
- Get a Driver – Once confirmed, you’ll get the nearest Tricycle rider in your area.
- Track your Driver – Realtime location of your Tricycle rider will also be displayed in the app to track their location.
- Arrive Safely – You will have quick access to an emergency call with Tara’s safety features like: SOS Button, partners with LGU Digital Command Center and a Mobile Contact tracing.
