It is one of the tricky features in Doraemon Story of Seasons where you’ll be looking for each item to match their favorite, you’ll know that it’s their favorite when pink bubble hearts pop-outs. If you earn higher hearts in all villager, there will be surprising rewards that you can receive from the person. These rewards can be helpful to earn money, unlock side quest stories, unique items and many more.
How to Gift
Basically, you can gift villager by browsing your inventory item. Find them on the map to locate them.
Go near them and give the item.
A heart will pop-out every time you gift. An indicator will show if they like it most or not. Few hearts mean less likely and multiple hearts mean it is their favorite.
The item that you can give to villagers is all consumable and profitable items.
Gift Points System
When you give a gift to the villager, there are particular points equivalent to it. It depends on how they like it or not, a simple greeting and talk will also earn points. However, you need to watch out for any gift that they seem to don’t like as some of this gift may deduct the heart relationship. Here is the gift point system.
- Greetings (+5 Points)
- Talk (+25 Points)
- Normal Present (+5 Points)
- Good Present (+25 Points)
- Best Present (+60 Points)
- Bad Present (-10 Points)
- Festival Participation (+10 Points)
Required Points Per Heart Level
Getting a Two to Three hearts is easy, as the gauge for getting these points is quite small. But as the Heart Level getting bigger, the points requires are multiple as well. Here are the required points needed to level up hearts.
