The Last of Us just dropped a updates for their game from version 1.06 to 1.07, The updates includes HDR or High Dynamic Range display support and an enhancement for PS4 Pro.
The new HDR support for The Last of US gives an good looking improved to the visual of the game, if the HDR is turned on it will give you a more vivid and darker display.

Based from the screenshot, turning on the HDR will eliminate the glare of the light, crisp images are also gone and some details on the objects become visible.
