Fact-Checking Policy

We at GamingPH care about precision on using words, headlines, and URLs and we understand that the words have the utmost power, that it can have a significant impact and influence that can twist the view of a certain topic, as such we should act accordingly. Some of our content is related to video games that may contain fictional stories, characters or events that happen inside of a game, GamingPH must also make sure that those stories are true, and accurate.

Writers of GamingPH must verify the information gathered, which includes the names, location, factual statements, and accounts related to the content. Writers should do their own fact-checking using their own judgment in accordance with our Ethics Policy.

GamingPH will use fact-checkers when it is deemed necessary in certain circumstances.
