Acecraft Launches Globally with Retro Co-Op Shooting, Motorcycle Prizes, and Gift Card Giveaways

MOONTON Games’ highly anticipated mobile shoot’em up game Acecraft will officially launch today August 28, bringing players into the colorful world of Cloudia for some serious airborne action.

All the friends from Cloudia have gathered!

What is Acecraft?

Acecraft is a two-player vertical scrolling shooter that mixes old-school cartoon visuals with fast-paced combat. Players take on the role of adorable pilots flying customizable aircraft through the floating world of Cloudia. The game features eight different Ace Pilots, each with their own special skills and customizable Wingmen companions.

The game stands out with its unique bullet absorption system – players need to dodge enemy attacks while absorbing pink projectiles from enemy barrages, then turn those absorbed bullets into powerful counterattacks. With roguelike skills and endless combinations to discover, every playthrough feels different.

What makes Acecraft special is its hand-drawn animation style inspired by classic 1930s cartoons like Looney Tunes and Betty Boop. Every frame was carefully drawn by hand, giving the game a warm, storybook feel that’s both charming and action-packed.

Launch Week Lucky Draw Event

To celebrate the launch, Acecraft is running a special lucky draw event from August 28 to 31 featuring some amazing prizes – including a brand motorcycle and custom Acecraft helmet set.

The event includes two main prize categories:

Lucky Pilot Prize – During livestreams, ambassadors will ask three questions. The first players to answer correctly in live chat can win $15 gift cards for Razer, True Money, or Grab Gifts (three winners each).

Cloudia Grand Fortune – Ambassadors will select players for a final prize pool, with Facebook’s Lucky Wheel drawing the winner on August 31st.

Note that this special event is only available for Southeast Asian players, as winners from other regions may not be able to claim their prizes.

“Quack the Code” Mystery Event

Acecraft is also launching a puzzle event called “Quack the Code.” Here’s how it works:

Players can click the duck icon on the main page to enter the event. Each day for six days, there will be one English word password to discover. To get clues, players need to play map 2-6 and clear the third wave of attacks for a random clue drop. Clues can also be found in the game’s official community.

The first day’s password is “SKY” (not case-sensitive). Once players collect all six passwords over six days, they’ll unlock a hidden two-player stage called Co-Pilot Extreme Challenge.

Hardcore Challenge Awaits

Acecraft will have a hidden stage that isn’t for beginners – it’s described as extremely difficult, similar to those nightmare-level stages you only unlock after beating a whole game. Players who aren’t prepared might not even last a few seconds. The challenge is designed for two players working together, so grab a friend if you want to tackle this intense stage.

The game will also feature leaderboards with tracking for Global First Clear, Regional First Clear, and Speedrun records. Winners can earn in-game rewards like avatar frames and virtual avatars, plus physical prizes including air tickets and theme park tickets.

Ready to Fly?

Acecraft is now available for download on both App Store and Google Play. Whether you’re a fan of classic arcade shooters, bullet hell games, or just want to try something with beautiful hand-drawn animation, this might be worth checking out.

The game supports both solo play and two-player co-op, making it perfect for playing alone or with friends. With its mix of nostalgic visuals and modern mobile gameplay, Acecraft offers a fresh take on the classic shoot’em up genre.Players can download the game via the App Store, Google Play, or the official website.
