If you try to log in your Sony Playstation account to either their website at id.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com or from your PS4 system. You’ve got an error message saying “A connection to the server could not be established.” with a random error code similar to “18.a6086a7c.1573139873.4357339”. This makes all PS4 players unable to sign in to Playstation Store for both platforms. However, those who already sign-in from their system or website, has no problem.
The reason for this error is the server of Sony got a problem for a specific region and it so happens that you’re included in that affected region. Basically, you need to wait until Sony fixed the problem or you could contact the support and send them the error code.

Once you already have a VPN, connect to any location from your VPN.

How to Fix in PS4
Unfortunately, there is no way of installing a VPN in PS4. What you can do now is find an alternative Internet connection that you can use and connect your PS4 from there.
