A new update for Dota 2 just arrived today and with that update, a new character has been added to Dota 2 roosters, its the Grimstroke.
From its character description in Dota 2 Blog, Chosen to serve an arcana guardian of his people, Grimstroke was instead responsible for their eternal corruption. Trapped in agony as inky revenants, his former kindred cast cruel shadows of what might have been. But the sacrifice infused Grimstroke with great power, and he considers it a price well paid.
Grimstroke is a Ranged, Support, Disabler and Escape with a new 4 abilities that can help your team win a game; Stroke of Fate, which winds up and paints a path of ink with his brush, damaging and slowing enemies on its path. The damage increases with each enemy the ink strikes. Phantom’s Embrace, which commands a phantom to latch onto his enemy, damaging and as well silencing. Ink Swell, covers himself or an ally in ink, silencing the target while granting bonus speed and immunity to attack. The Soulblind, binds an enemy hero to its nearest allied hero in range, preventing each from moving away from each other.
