Ragnarok: The New World players can redeem gift codes directly from the game’s login screen, allowing Adventurers to claim free rewards using their server, character name and the gift or redeem code itself.
The process is slightly different depending on whether you are using the PC client or mobile, but both methods start from the same Poring-like icon found on the upper-right side of the login screen. How to Redeem Codes on PC and Mobile
For players using the PC client, start by opening the game and staying on the login screen. From there, click the Poring-like icon with “Account” label located on the upper-right corner of the screen.
A pop-up window will appear in the left. Scroll down and look for the Gift code exchange, click that.
After that, fill in the required details, though Server and Character will be auto-populated:

Once everything is filled in, click Redeem to claim the reward. You can claim the code by clicking the world chat and click the Mail icon.
