Kojima Productions, the Japanese studio led by legendary game creator Hideo Kojima, has officially opened more than 30 job positions across multiple departments as it continues work on its highly anticipated projects.

The announcement was shared through the studio’s official website, inviting passionate talents to join the team behind upcoming titles like OD, the mysterious horror game revealed during The Game Awards 2023, and Physint, Kojima’s return to the espionage-action genre.
According to the careers page, positions are available across diverse areas of game development, including:
- Programming – roles like AI Programmer, Animation Programmer, Network Programmer, Tools Programmer, and more
- Art Department – Concept Artist, Character Artist, Environment Artist, Animator, Lighting Artist, and others
- Game Design & Production – Game Designer, Level Designer, Project Manager, and Game Data Analyst
- Sound & Writing – Sound Designer, Recording Engineer, Writer
- Other Departments – Localization Specialist, Marketing/PR roles, IT Support Engineer, HR Generalist, and General Affairs
In total, there are 32 openings across these departments, all of which are in-person roles based in Tokyo, Japan.

Current Projects in Development
The new hires are expected to help advance the studio’s two major projects currently in development:
- OD – A horror title created in collaboration with Xbox Game Studios, teased as a groundbreaking and immersive new style of game. Actors Sophia Lillis, Hunter Schafer, and Udo Kier are already confirmed to be part of the cast.
- Physint – An upcoming action-espionage project described as a spiritual successor to Kojima’s work on the Metal Gear franchise.
