This controller is built on a 12nm process technology and equipped with an ARM Cortex-R5 CPU core, making it a DRAM-less SSD. CrystalDiskMark Benchmark

AIDA64 Disk Benchmark (Throttling Check)

To quick check if our SSD has a throttling issue, we test it with 14 minutes test using AIDA64 Disk Benchmark via Random Read if we see there is a sign of slowdown.

From the graph, it’s evident that the SSD maintains a consistent performance at an average speed of 1,872.5 MB/s throughout our 15-minute test, without any throttling. No throttling signifies that the SSD was able to keep its temperature in check, never reaching its maximum operational temperature.
