MMORPGs are well-known for their festive celebrations, with developers often incorporating regional events and holidays into their virtual worlds. This year is no exception, as Songkran – the traditional Thai New Year water festival – is making a huge splash across the gaming landscape. Among the various titles that are embracing this fun-filled event is the newest Ragnarok Origin.
Though the in-game event in Ragnarok Origin are not that complex, we will cover what adventurer would do and expect when they participate in this event. The Songkran Festival event in Ragnarok Origin is seperated in 4 different parts:
Event 1: 7-Day Login
From April 11 to April 19, 2023, adventurer can login to the game daily and receive rewards. One of the key highlights is the Coconut Portrait Frame and Ultra Rare Card Coupon.

Event 2: Wet and Wild
From April 12 to April 19, 2023, adventurer can join a mini game where they can defeat monsters with water guns and you can play it anytime and many times you want. However, there are sets of objectives that needs to be completed for you to get rewards.
For players who have difficulty on the controls, do not use the WASD or Left navigation on moving and pointing and aiming your character to the enemies. Instead, tap the map area like you are playing the old Ragnarok Online. Then you can use the WASD or Left navigation as assist to go back and forth only.
To complete the overall objectives, players has to complete the water gun mini game with a score of SSS. However, even completing just the S rank still gives you abundant of rewards.

From April 13 to April 17, 2023, players can collect Aiyara Coins and use it to spin the Wheel of Talos where adventurer can win a rewards including an exclusive elephant mount, Aiyara mount.
