Valentine’s Day Event starts in Black Desert SEA

Pearl Abyss has announced that the Valentine’s Day celebration has arrived in Black Desert SEA. Players can take part in an array of festive events and receive a wide range of rewards. The developer has also confirmed that the popular large-scale PvP content, “Node War,” will return for an official season following the successful pre-season.

Players will be on the lookout for the “Chocolate Thief Goblin,” which will occasionally appear throughout the monster zones. By hunting these thieving Goblins and retrieving the stolen “Chocolate Baskets” and “Fresh Milk,” players can receive various items, including Cron Stones, an Item Collection Increase Scroll, and a Blessed Message Scroll.

In addition, players can express the season of love by giving “Chocolates Full O’ Love” to the beloved NPCs of Velia: Santo Manzi, Crio, and Bahar. Those who reach over 1000 Amity points with the NPC will be rewarded with a special prize. The Chocolates Full O’ Love can be made using the ingredients Fresh Milk and Cacao of Love, which can be acquired from Challenges.

Players can also receive a “Sweet Gift Letter” from Challenges, which they can send to fellow Adventurers. The recipient will receive a Sweet Gift in their mail, which contains a Sweet Chest, a Sweet Reply, and Dark Chocolate. The Sweet Chest can randomly contain valuable rewards such as Advice of Valks or an Extra Mount EXP Scroll. By using the Sweet Reply item, players can return the warm feelings to the sender.

The official season of Node War will start on February 12th. In Node War, hundreds of players in the form of a guild or an alliance battle to occupy an area. The pre-season has already seen many improvements, and the official season brings even more exciting changes. The new “Node Investment System” expands the winning benefits, doubling the reward of node investment in monster zones after occupying the area.
