8 Top YouTube Influencers are Ready for Chess Rush Global Star Challenge on July 27

As announced by Tencent Games on Chess Rush’s official Facebook profile last week, Chess Rush will have the Global Star Challenge to move into its esports scene. As revealed on official Facebook, 8 influencers across 8 countries are ready for this challenge and the final live will happen on July 27.

The Asian representatives are as follows:

They will all compete with each other as well as other top YouTubers from USA, Brazil, German, Russia.

The tournament will be streamed live on Chess Rush’s Facebook and YouTube pages on July 27. Followers can also watch the live from influencers’ streaming platform like YouTube, Twitch, Nimo, Cube, etc. Both the classic and Turbo mode will be played during the matches. To increase the difficulty and challenge, Chess Rush made a special rule with 8 influencers. All of them will also be assigned a different hero for them to play during the tournament. They cannot change or sell this hero during classic mode. It definitely added enjoyment to the competition as well.  

During final live, 8 influencers will fight for prize pool of $16,000. The champion will grab $10,000 in cash and has the opportunity to become Chess Rush exclusive influencer. The second place will take $5,000 and the third will bring home $1,000. Meanwhile, those who engage with the official Facebook page or watch the tournament will be able to win prizes as well. They can win the latest mobile phones from Xiaomi MI9, Oppo Reno, and a Vivo NEX through several lucky draws.

Chess Rush from Tencent games supports 50 more unique heroes, stunning graphics, and different game modes. Players have to compete against seven other players on an 8×8 board by matching certain heroes with each other and a variety of synergy between classes, their heroes will gain different status effects. The unique Turbo mode which shortens a game to 10+ minutes, compared to the usual 30-40 that a classic game might take. A co-op game mode allows players to team up with friends as well.
