Similar to Glast Heim Item quests that you need to collect a special item from the drop from the special boss monsters. Here in the Alde Baran, Clock Tower 2F, you also need to collect three different quest items that you can only get from a Special Monsters. This will unlock the Adventure Handbook, Collectible Time Dagger and Time Gift Shop’s Ms. Moura Smile [1] Blueprint.
These Special Monsters can only be summoned in Clock Tower 2F by killing the Guardian’s guarding its clock tower, once the guardian is defeated – the Time Keeper will be summoned near the clock tower, this Special Monster is similar to MVP Time Holder.
The type of Guardian or Time Keeper changes every week and will spawn in 3 different spawn location in Clock Tower 2F in Al De Baran.

Among all of the three Time Keepers, the hardest one is the Time Keeper – Past as he is the only monster who spawns several creeps that will fight alongside with him when he runs out of health.
Schedule
The spawn scheduler of these Guardians changes every week, it starts during Monday at 6:00 am Manila Time, a new Guardians will appear in a new location and will always spawn in that area for the whole week. Killing the Guardian will summon the Time Keeper.

Item Drop
Time Keeper not just drop its quest item (Leviathan Sand Clock, Marlet’s Pointer, and Future Crystal), but usually drop always drop these rare items; Oridecon, Yggdrasil Berry, Tattered Time Pointer, several Bone, Enchanted Shoes and plenty of & .
It also drops a Flutter Butterfly [1] Blueprint and Time Holder Transformation Scroll.
To check your Quest Item, you can to your Bag and look for the Quest Bag.
Exchange Quest Item to Koumas Staw
After collecting the 3 quest item, you can exchange this to the NPC Koumas Staw located near the portal entrance of Clock Tower 2F, he is on the right corner.
Talk to him to exchange the 3 quest item. When you’re done, you should the 3 collectible where you can press on each item the put-in-handbook to activate the collectibles from your Adventure Handbook.
In your Adventure Handbook, Collectible Tabs, find the Time Dagger quest and press the + on each items.
Once done, a new quest will activate to NPC Koumas Staw talk to him to get the Time Dagger collectible item.
This time, you’ll be unlocking the Time Gift Shops Ms. Moura’s Smile [1].
Do the same, in your bag, click the Time Dagger and put-in-handbook.
Lastly, go to your Collectible Tabs in your Adventure Handbook and press the + to finish the quest.
That’s it! You’re done with this quest.
