If you’re playing Leon F. Kennedy and you have hard-time looking for the Heart Key to unlock the Heart Door in Resident Evil 2 Remake. The Heart Key is only available to Claire’s . Leon is not possible to get this key.
The Heart Key is found on the Private Collection Room and search for a Relief Portrait. You need to examine the portrait and on the back you’ll find the Heart Key.
Using this will unlock doors on the Interrogation Room 1st floor; door between East Storage and Balcony in 3rd floor; and Chief’s Office in 2nd floor; of Police Station
