If you were same with us stuck from the part of the quest in Glast Heim, specifically the Awaken Ritual where you asked by Idun to check the Stele artifacts on the left corner of the Glast Heim. He then asked you to tell what are written words in the artifacts. Lot’s of players got stuck on this quest either because they didn’t read the artifacts, couldn’t remember the words written or just clueless.
If you make a wrong answer to the Idun questions, it will summon a monster that you need to defeat first before initiating the question again. Making it hard to brutely guess the answer of Idun questions.
The answer is actually in the Stele artifacts, when you press the Read the words. The artifacts says the following: The eye of extremity. The sky of wisdom. The voice of Earth. The waves wake up.

Awakening Spell I. The answer is D The Eye of extremity.
Awakening Spell II. The answer is A The sky is wisdom.
Awakening Spell III. The answer is C The voice of Earth.
Awekening Spell IV. The answer is B Waves wake up.
After answering the spell correctly, Walle should be summon now and you can now proceed with the quest.
